Ich suche eine/n Marketingexperten auf Stundenbasis, sehr flexible und planbare Arbeitszeiten, sehr abwechslungsreich und steile Lernkurve garantiert. Arbeitsort flexibel, wobei sporadische Treffen in Minden/Hannover/Hamburg/Amsterdam/Wendland oder Köln wünschenswert sind.
ambitionize® unterstützt Menschen, Teams und Organisationen, ihre Ziele zu bestimmen, die Wege zu finden und Ressourcen zu mobilisieren. Mit Coaching, Workshops, Retreats und Trainings. Meine Kunden sind v.a. Führungskräfte in mittelständischen und Großunternehmen der Konsumgüterbranche.
Mit Ihnen möchte ich Produkte entwickeln (Inhalte und Formate für Workshops, Trainings etc), Materialien erarbeiten (Lernmaterialien, Präsentationen etc) und noch mehr Kunden erreichen als bisher. Die genaue Aufteilung der Tätigkeiten und Verantwortungen werden wir vereinbaren.
ambitionize® ist ein ganz junges Start-up einer mittelalten, sehr senioren Führungskraft. Ich habe viel vor und suche Verstärkung!

Are you intrigued by questions of leadership, team development and strategy setting of enterprises?
Are you a digital native (or an accomplished second-language speaker)? Do you enjoy beautiful design and good at creating impressive presentations? Are you fluent in German and English?
I am looking for a marketing expert on an hourly bases. Working time is very flexible and predictable, I offer content-rich topics and a steep learning curve. Your location doesn’t matter too much, as long as we meet sporadically in Minden/Hannover/Hamburg/Amsterdam/Wendland/Cologne.
Together we will develop products (content and formats of workshops, trainings etc), create material (learning tools, presentations etc) and increase the client base. Exact split of responsibility and work to be defined.
ambitionize® supports individuals, teams and organisations determining their purpose, finding the paths and mobilizing resources getting to the destination. We offer coaching, trainings, workshops, retreats. The client base are primarily leaders in medium and big companies in FMCG.

Professional experience in marketing or HR with responsibility for projects and people.
